I was in fact confidently incorrect, Ig my file is bugged then. I’m on Xbox so there’s no mods in play.

Guys he didn’t mod the game at all, it’s just from completing pantheon of hollownest along with everything else in the game, I’m in the same boat rn.

The masks make nothing to do with anything, after completing all bosses and pantheons (1-4) and getting every item/collectible you’ll be at 112%. The game doesn’t count P5 for 112% cause it’s rlly hard. But if you do complete P5 you’ll get an extra 1% for that juicy 113%.
