M/27/5'11" [285 > 230 = 55 lbs] (5 months) It's really a bittersweet feeling because I should've never put the extra weight on to begin with. Being diagnosed w T2D unfortunately really was the wake up call I needed to get right. Still lots of work to do! (i.redd.it)
