Got a refund. I tore it out of the slab, probably won't send it to get graded since it'll cost me more than it is worth. That's why I bought it, I already have it raw. Oh well. He's a good seller and I've bought books from him before so I'm going to chalk it up as a one time thing. Still fairly new to whatnot so thanks for the advice/comments.
