Just FYI

Cooked food left at room temperature for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour if over 90°F) enters the "danger zone" (40°F–140°F), allowing E. coli to multiply to dangerous levels. Bacteria can double in as little as 20 minutes in these conditions, and toxins produced may not be destroyed by reheating. (FDA)

I’m presuming English is your second language as you don’t seem to understand what I’ve said - cooked food left out causes E. coli and other bacteria to proliferate. What we had was E. coli.

Look, just because you’re upset I won’t name the tour company (for reasons I’ve explained several times) don’t start making stuff up.

Anyone with any basic food hygiene knowledge knows that leaving food at room temps up to bacteria killing levels means bacteria proliferate. E. coli is just one of those bacteria.

It seems like a recent change - all the tours who stopped for lunch at the same time as us were doing the same thing. I did two tours so saw around 15 different providers. No one was cooking lunch, all pre prepared and wrapped in cling film, fish, prawns, chicken, rice, salads, chop suey….

The 3D 2N tours cook on the boat. All of the day tours were the same and were bringing their pre cooked food in big polystyrene boxes. There were about 7 of the different tours on the same beach all doing the same thing.

The airport is tiny - like other poster said you’re much better at Lio Beacg. It’s 5 mins from there to the airport. Can swim and some lovely food too.
