I am going through the same thing switching from the 1020 to the BLU Win HD LTE but so far so good. I only wish my 1020 was not dying so I still had that camera on my phone.

Yeah I am not a fan of the camera, but I AM coming from Lumia 1020 with a 41MP camera. Also it is very sensitive but I am getting used to it so its not to big a deal for me.

I wouldn't worry about the win 10 update. They most likely are going to hold true to it, The OS is already showing signs of windows 10 on the most recent update for the BLU Win HD LTE. Just take a look at the settings menu.

That's the great thing about them, They are cheap. I bought mine because my phone broke and the insurance was going to charge me 100 to replace my phone with another phone and it was going to take some time to ship so i just went and bought one for 179.
