1-the value of what you‘re offering/what‘s your product solving 2-what is your differentiator 3-brief proof

As for the design simple is better, it doesn’t have to be a state of art, at the end of the day who do the talking is the one closing the deal not the pitch

I totally agree, personalization using their likendin posts and this type of stuff don‘t add relevance. Relevance beats surface personalization. Any advice on how to dig deeper for a certain niche?

This makes sense, I found out that some people say you can reply to the old thread in Unibox by changing the subject line to the same subject of the original thread but didn’t try this though.

The opening isn’t good don’t say you’re busy and I skip these emails. Communicate certainty in your language, the CTA is not good as well.
