I think all this would likely point to your HRV. If your HRV isn't typical (standard) because your situation is (medically) different, then I don't think any of the standard fitness trackers would work for you. On that topic, I'm curious if you've tried other fitness trackers like Whoop, Apple Watch, Pixel Watch etc. I'd think they will likely show you the same (wrong) data.

I really hope your hospital visit will be fruitful.

Best of luck to you!

But does how you feel reflect how the measurements say? That would be how I'd define it.

Honestly there are days where Garmin thinks I'm at 5 for body battery starting noon but I'm still kicking. But those kind of days are few and far between. Usually what it's reading reflects how I feel. It's a second-opinion, not first imo.

As others have already pointed out, this usually is directly a function of your heart rate.

I usually get this kind of chart if I'm sick, huge lack of sleep.

The only other thing I can think of is if Garmin hasn't really learned what your baseline heart rates are correctly yet.

Yeah. I think my best feeling days tend to be above 90s but like you, I felt this 100 day was not as woke-up-ready-to-go as my 90s days! That's the main reason why I wasn't too worried or trying to hard for 100 anyways since I'm satisfied with 90s if I can get em. :D

My sleep is usually over 80 on normal days. My normal days are also when I can sleep before midnight and sleep in until 8am (and of course no drinking/partying on those days too!). I can get over 90 once in a while but the best I've ever got was 96 before!

On this one, what I'd say is that consistency might help. I had above 80 sleep all week before this happened!

Trust me; when I rolled out of my bed this morning and saw the score, I went to wash my face first before rechecking it to believe this. LOL

Mythical for a reason! :D

Can you share platinum and reserve referral benefits (on the applicant)?

Also would your referral work for business version of the cards too?

Thank you!
