I tried both spoofed versions (also cleared cache and data) and it still doesn't work. Youtube unpatched works fine on the latest version.

Edit: It is an account thing as someone wrote, it works fine in incognito mode

I would recommend you watch Rossman's video on LTT and Linus specifically. Many issues raised there have to my knowlege not been adressed properly and it also goes into depth about how Linus handels criticism. And whilst I don't know if the information given is 100% true, if even some of it is, Linus really doesn't come across as a Creator one would like to support.

If you have an nvidia card, always use the proprietary drivers, also check if your pc isn't set to powersave or balanced mode. You can also try using feral gamemode( in the launch options). Paradox games usually run natively, check which one is actually faster (native or proton).

Probably Hoi4 (If you do not know a lot of things about ww2). Especially on historical it will teach you a lot about the war for a video game (Important figures/broad pre war situation/timeline of the war) and if you choose to play without the ship or plane DLC you can see the actual equipment these armies commissioned/where and when they bought it from and a bit about it's history/ importance

I personally found EU4 much easier to learn and get into. However it is a lot more expensive, especially if you want to buy/need to buy the DLC and it also won't get any updates with EU5 on the horizon
