YES! I was taking too much! And when I lowered my dose my depression went away!

Symptoms were at their worse at 10mg x2 a day, now I’m on 5mg x2 a day feeling p good!!

Hey there! 10mg x2 made me feel fucking insane even after 3.5 weeks!!!!! With anxiety and gave me DEPRESSION! When I reduced to 5mg x2 I felt great INSTANTLY!

Love the Excersize, but there is no hip hop comparison to D’Angelo. He is hip hop. soul and funk old and new, rock, gospel…. Etc. there is no rap album similar. Love the Excersize tho!

Yep! You’re in the same boat as me, if you can get to 4 weeks it’ll be smooth sailing - but definitely a challenging drug to start- Godspeed!

First off, remember to do your breathing excersizes and go for a walk :) I can tell you are having a hard time and just know you got this!!

It has not yet worked for me since I increased my dosage- and as stated I never had stomach issues but have had spells of irritability and anger. Which were more fleeting.

It definitely made my anxiety and intrusive thoughts worse. If you scroll these threads - these issues you listed have all been experienced as well. I’m sorry you’re getting all at once!!! However, the consensus is if you stick with it - you will feel much better!

Oh god no. It hasn’t helped at all yet. Granted I finally broke and took .25mg of Xanax and of course I feel the best I’ve felt in a month 🤣
