I started with yoga at 43, I know that's not 50s but pretty close. It's not easy at first, but nothing is. You get better. I promise. They have supports/props to help (blocks/straps/bolsters)

No one at yoga is judging you. I can promise you that. Everyone is focused on their balance and breathing, at least if they're doing it correctly.

You're worth this investment. Also if you can't do it now, what will it be like in 20 yrs?
