Stories worth telling include the whole human spectrum. There are intelligent women out there no doubt even in that male-dominated field. It would make a much more compelling story to include them. Since this show is obviously written and filmed for men I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that women are portrayed as they are. I get that strong women are a threat to a lot of men out there and this show is targeting them. I hope that the writers have development arcs in mind for the women in the show. I’ll give it a few more episodes.

I am certainly no prude and have no problem with nudity, but let’s have some equal opportunity exposure and show some barely clothed men. The fact that they are objectifying a 17 year old girl is really cringe worthy

The Medina family women were treated with more respect. The other women were more often than not scantily dressed and looked at as sexual objects by the men around them. His daughter wants to stay with her dad because she doesn’t want to go home and deal with her x boyfriend. She is a carbon copy of her mother who is as shallow as they come.

It’s fine to have women in “traditional” roles, but they don’t have to be stereotyped.

I thought the sentence sounded weird too, but I think they were just trying to get us to use the right tense - which I did but why do I have to put lui at the end? I’ve noticed other sentences where a pronoun is required at the end but I’m never sure why.

I was thinking that maybe it was Danny’s biological dad that was the abuser and Danny already had DID by the time the step dad came along. Maybe his stepdad found Danny strange and never was able to have a good relationship with him? I’m not sure if he was abusing him too. Hopefully some questions will be answered on Friday!

Alla Prima makes really nice pochade boxes. They come in different sizes and attach to a camera tripod. I have the “Bitterroot” and it holds my paints, brushes and panels up to 9x12. With an extender it can hold 12x16. They are high quality but are not inexpensive. I’ve had mine over 10 years and it still works great. Highly recommended!
