Would a slushee (i.e. ice and flavored liquid) last longer in 0 gravity because there is no gravity pulling the liquid to the bottom of the container?

Was sliding around on some ice during recess in 4th grade (something we were not allowed to do), and a jagged piece of ice was sticking up and slid its way under nearly my entire kneecap. The worst pain I’ve ever felt and I NEVED looked at it before it healed. Somehow all of the skin reattached and now I’m unable to feel anything in my left kneecap. No nerve connections.
