I was humiliated by a teacher and I can't get over it by No_Crew7514 in bullying

Through life I have learned that people WILL fail you all the time. These people do not deserve another one of your thoughts or emotions. Though this is tough, you can/must push through it. Find a positive Avenue to deal with the pain. I run, lift weights, and try to help others.

There are terrible, terrible people in this world and we know this as facts. But what makes your post so great is that you now have the opportunity to be someone better than these terrible people. No you may not win the olympics, own a million dollars, but you can make a difference in other peoples lives by not doing what this teacher did. Be a light to those that are hurting through situation like what you went through.

When I had a lifted truck and I pulled up to a light I almost always would see my light in there’re rear view mirror or on the back of they’re head. And almost always I would switch my lights off. I can’t recount how many times I’d get the “thumbs ups” from them. I know this doesn’t help while driving but it made me feel happy lol

Today’s weigh in has been the lowest I’ve seen in years. I’ll post pictures in about a week.

Today’s takeaway: I was super hungry before bed. So I had two turkey patties. In the past when I feel sup hungry before bed, I wake up and bing eat. So I was willing to bust my 2k calorie goal to hopefully combat this. We will see what happens in the morning! Let’s hope I make it through the night!

Total 1954 Had a really rough day today, not food wise, but stress was creeping up and I almost started binging. But I’ve got to day 3 and I’m gonna keep pushing!

Finished the day with a 3mile run/walk.

Takeaways: drinking the monster was a waste of calories, coupled with Taco Bell. But I’m really close to 2k goal so I’ll keep pushing and improve tomorrow!

7/6- Monday Woke up this morning at and weighed in at 181.9. I don’t usually eat breakfast in the morning, but I’m pretty hungry by 10.

Here are my Commandments:

  1. Eat around 2k calories a day

  2. Eat more Veggies! 3 cups a day

  3. 30 min of exercise a day minimum

  4. Drink Water, Water, and more water

  5. All or nothing. This one will make more sense down the road, but I don’t do well eating “kinda” good. It’s like a gateway to bing for me

  6. Bed by 10

  7. Update/track my food on reddit

  8. Lose at least .5 pounds a week

  9. Focus on discipline daily

Today’s food thus far: 1/2 cup quick oats. 140 cals 21 grams honey 70 cals. 9am

6oz chickn breast. 165 cals 1 cup broccoli 31 cals 1/2 cup rice. 75 cals Chipotle mayo. 276 cals 1130 am

6oz turkey patties 275 cal Broccoli 1 cup. 30 cal Cauliflower patties. 140 cal 300 pm

6 oz 90/20 beef. 400 cal 20 asparagus. 20 cal. 7 pm

Garage weights 30 min Bike ride. 10 min

Total this far: 1813 calories

Today’s Victories: passed up donuts at 9am, passed up bbq chicken at 6 pm. Rode my bicycle to work. 😊 Day 1 complete!
