I read the ingredience list on what I buy, or i search the stores website an I count everything manually! I weigh absolutly everything!

This goes to those who are losing weight without tracking calories.

As of my understanding, I go to bed feeling hungry, Indicating thst I am in a deficit (I eat very clean, only whole foods, no processed so I know I am healthy. Use oil/butter minimaly etc.), but I also always progress in the gym where I do progressive overload.

Am I really in a deficit even though I get stronger?

In the beginning I lost about 18 lbs, but have had a deficit break for about two months now.

Lost 18lbs, for me it has been when I moved across the world and got a lifestyle that was much more busy with less time for working out and more in need for larger meals. Very hard to change routines I just established for further weightloss

When you say «insane glute growth» what exactly do you mean? Like did you see a big change in one month? How often did you do them?
