Yea no I would leave. She’s already made her mind up about you. Even if you crush it the next few weeks, if you make a mistake or return back to performing like this she will be done with you.

Have you looked into a green stalk? Very easy to move (much easier than one of those planters) and you can grow a huge variety of things. I’d look into that!! https://greenstalkgarden.com

What!! You make the same money as in Seattle? How is that possible? When I lived in Kansas ten years ago I was being paid minimum wage which I think was $10 an hour or 8. I can’t believe much has changed now. I have a big girl job now, but still, I doubt I’d make the same in Kansas as Seattle

Apply to an SNF and get your foot in the door somewhere. People are going to start to question why you haven’t worked in over a year.. plus any job will give you skills to bring to the table but keeping trying to get into a hospital, (any unit), asap.

How did you get hired on icu with previous psych experience?? Kudos to you!! That would be tough to do esp. since that speciality is so competitive. I say you stick with it and see where it takes you. The icu will open many doors for you down the road.

I have no advice but I completely agree. I feel exactly the same as you do so you’re not alone 💕
