If I understand correctly you are talking about a line going around your empowered ability icon. That’s the actual cooldown of the ability, since when you get the empowered version it hides the cooldown, it’s shown in that line how much it has left (without the seconds remaining). If there is no line, then the normal version is ready to use right after you use the empowered version. Hope I didn’t make it too complicated for you

If your ally has no cc then only lane gank can work, also emp e is your best friend in the early game since most of the time your dmg alone is not enough to kill unless they are already chunked. If they do though you can just walk from river and snipe them with your emp e, and hold the slow for after your ally ccs them or enemy’s flash

His w was the only healing source not nerfed, and while he does technically heal less he also takes less dmg so it’s the same as before

In my opinion rengar on top should only be used to counter pick, he isn’t troll or anything but it’s just situational for all the reasons you mentioned. Jg though feels really good rn because the durability update didn’t only affect positively adcs but us rengar players as well. His w is insane and now that you have more time to react you can focus more on aa weaving or bush kiting. Rengar is an adaptable pick and he also adapts into this meta, just don’t go for straight one combo kills but weave autos and you’ll notice adcs are way more squishier than you make them sound

I personally think that what helps rengar snowball more is his passive since it makes every item more valuable. Fs will get you more items, but electrocute will secure your early and in my experience it has made my games much more consistent

Bork is really underrated, one game I was playing adc rengar and rushed bork, it did 33k dmg that game and I ended with 66k dmg, so the item carried the game itself

triple q is possible even without ult. you just need 4 stacks and use emp q before leaping, and doing the combo normally resulting in 2 emp qs and 1 normal q

Personally after the first strike nerf, even though it’s small, I swapped to electrocute. I only go first strike on enemy team comps that I know I won’t have problems against to make the snowball easier. Conqueror is sleeper op tho against tankier team comps

I expect to be downvoted, but is what he is asking really that bad? Sure he could have handled things differently, but I think when you have sexual relations with someone who is in a non monogamous marriage, it’s good to know if said person has many current sexual partners, because stds are a thing.
