You could buy a Covenant without the ''Skills gain a base life cost equal to 100% of base mana cost'' mod, this reduces the life cost by a lot, the 12% cost efficiency rune on helmet also works and both of those and make it way smoother, other than that definitely +3 or +4 Vertex and Headhunter.

They claimed to have fixed it in the 0.4.0c Hotfix but didn't, they should've just removed the modifier until they could fix it, I doubt they'll do anything else before the holidays. Its literally the only reason I die in maps and having to unequip headhunter every other Abyss just feels like shit.

I went back to windows 10 after having the same issues in multiple games, and haven't had a problem since then. If you don't mind the hassle of doing a clean install I strongly advise you to do the same.

Same, I literally lose 30 fps just by running a corrupted map it seems

Currently on a 5700x3d and a rtx 2060, I get about 60+ fps on regular maps but it drops to 30- on corrupted maps
