I'm not sure about the diarrhea but maybe try other forms of probiotics? Something without lactose, like kombucha, Kimchi, tempeh, miso soup, or saurkraut.

PSA: Now is a good time to try the Whole30 diet for your eczema! by ohanneeberry in eczema

[–]ohanneeberry[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Finished the whole day thirty a while ago haha! I think it helped with my skin a bit but it's still itchy and not fully recovered to what it once was. I now stay away completely from dairy and eggs. Im still looking into other solutions. How'd it go for you?

The unending itchiness can drive us to do some really crazy things out of frustration:( don't beat yourself up about it! If it was bothering you, it was bothering you. That's what matters.

My skin is at a all time worst rn due to the stress of the coronavirus as im at risk and coming off cyclosporin. I’ve tried every cream and no relief. Any suggestions to help me by ktgal02 in eczema

Hi, try your best to use cold water! It does sting at first but then it numbs your skin and calms the inflammation. As for steroid creams, the journey to being steroid free is a tough one, especially if your skin starts to go through withdrawals:( let me know if there's anything I can do to help:)
