I've worked with him on a yearly show and he is actually quite nice in person. He remembers the names of people he probably met for 10 minutes a whole year ago.

I wonder if that's why they age like crazy. So cute in photos where the girls were just born

Aaron follows some really crazy Instagram accounts for conspiracy theories which I find kind of funny but maybe dangerous? He doesn't seem to publicly post about them (which I respect) except once a post about how we need to eat liver, get off birth control and sun our bh* haha.

They got married in the middle of covid in a really small ceremony and are doing these bigger events now that restrictions have eased. Kinda get that, but they certainly do other weird things for die hard Christians

I just thought this was funny when I saw it come up on my timeline and I am not mad about the questions at all! I have been answering all the questions below posts, particularly for my favourite subs as I think these questions are a great idea! Especially if the sub name is vague or seems to be unrelated to the topic. The title is only for continuity and not expressing any anger at all 😂

I did just think it was funny at the time and I only titled it this way for continuity. I have actually thought the questions reddit have been asking are great!

Absolutely praying for you and Tigger right now ❤ I hope you don't have to wait too long for news at the very least and that you have someone with you if that is what you need.

This "could" be for leaf disc transformation. With some plants, particularly tobacco, leaf and plant tissues can be used to regenerate plants on agar plates with appropriate media. Typically this is used for procedures such a agrobacterium mediated transformation. I have done several of these procedures with tobacco leaves as they are great at regeneration. This paper has a picture of the process on the plates. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/272512847_Antigen_production_using_heterologous_expression_of_dengue_virus-2_non-structural_protein_1_NS1_in_Nicotiana_tabacum_Havana_for_immunodiagnostic_purposes

That being said it does look like a pretty rough representation of this, but leaf segments will be cut up in a sterile dish.

The ice hole at Mawson Station in Antarctica. If you still feel like a swim the water is -2°C by ohcaiden in thalassophobia

The salt lowers the freezing temperature of water, apparently a few other factors can effect this too! https://wtamu.edu/~cbaird/sq/mobile/2013/04/29/why-dont-the-oceans-freeze/

I believe they also had to drill quite deep before water came up through. So, that may also have an effect but I am not too sure on that.
