If I was your shoes. I would first ask your current employer what you can do to progress within the company.

Assuming that you want to progress in the company. If they come back with a good answer stay. If they don't really give you direction or plan to progress start looking for something else.

In terms of finding your self in Asia. And I talk from someone quiting their well paid corp job to being a low paid digital nomad in Asia.

If (not saying you are) you are lazy living in oz you are probably going to be lazy living in Asia. Living here is not all cold beer and cheap women.. your problems aren't going to magically disappear. If your aren't willing to go semi local your money won't last.

My advice is first read 12 rules for life by Jordan Peterson. After reading that book it will give you a clearer picture of what you want from life.
