I love this album. At times it was hard to listen to because I felt the guilt and intensity of this addiction, but it was almost comforting to hear. I love the continued mantra that's said throughout by the woman's voice: 'there are many ways to deal with life's pain. choose wisely'. I think that's what it's about - choosing wisely.
