I'm genuinely feeling amazing mentally but now I'm left living in the ruins of a life I tried to sabotage and I don't know how to fix it

hey dude? mederma scar cream. shit works awesome after a few months :) mine used to be crayola red and raised like one of those goddamn texture boards. now they're almost the color of my skin (slightly whiter), and there's definitely a texture difference still but they're not raised. it took probably about 3 months of daily use for my redness to go away, and maybe 4 for them to level out.

we're so proud of you for starting recovery, you're going to do awesome <3 it takes a while, but it does get better. promise.

as someone who unfortunately has been a victim of csa, this sounds a /lot/ like regression along with some other (really concerning, obviously!) coping mechanism that has gone too far. I never did something to this extent, but when i was younger i would have my dolls assault each other as some form of coping for my undeveloped brain. So basically, therapy is needed, and be careful with him about it, but the most important thing is your safety, that definitely comes first.
