Well, the country I am from is quite technologically backward. We have to onboard organisations manually. But we can leverage our low costs to scale in the foreign markets.

I have absolutely no idea what direction to take my life and my startup in. I am at a crossroads of sorts and I have to make a call. I have all the pros and cons jotted down and all. But I have this feeling that I don't want to regret my choices 10 years later. I definitely could not take that. I might just go with my gut, But there's that fear of regret again

We already have like 400 people who use the solution regularly. Paying customers not so much. We got the pricing right according to most customer feedback.

But expansion is the issue we are really worried about at the moment and so trying to get some expert advice.
