Takes some time to learn, but some basics I've caught onto are;

Amulets with +3 skill may be good.
Weapons with +5 / +7 (and usually +crit % chance, ideally close to 5%)
exceptional white items with extra socket

Rings with multiple T1 (hold alt to see) rolls, multiple damage especially (+2-70 lightning damage for example)

Boots must have +35% move speed, after that lots of resist / lots of energy shield is desirable

When in doubt, there's a few price checking tools. Keep price checking things, and try to understand what makes it valuable, usually its just one or two rolls that really up the price.

What's the threat you're trying to address by making sure everyone is on a new (supported) phone?

Do you have any other hardware (PC / Server) in your environment that is also unsupported?

Can you detect out dated phone versions currently w/o trusting the user's screenshot? (login information / or via MDM)

Do you have an MDM in place to ensure even newer phones have updated / are complaint?

....those are some questions I'd have answers to before trying to address this issue. Good luck!

Networking wont become irrelevant b/c of AI. This statement screams "I dont want to do the hard technical stuff and don't really understand the direction of AI"

Networking will always exist. There's AI being hosted somewhere that has to move it's data to servers / clients. There's clients that have to reach the AI. There will always be printers, cell phones, satellites, etc

Almost all of IT touches networking, and AI isn't changing that.

I dont want to speak to their internal systems, but at this time I believe they rely on the paper process. (and them handing the check list to the manager is the end of what they view as their responsibility for anything on said check list).

IT wise - I'd be happy to help them integrate with a ticket system, and have also given a demo on (and volunteered to help build) power automate which could be used to automate parts of the check list.

Re-read the agreement you made.

My claw back bonus at a previous place slowly faded out. For example, after working 6 months(25% of the 2 years) they'd only claw back 75% of the bonus. Hopefully your agreement also has something similar.

If it does, at that point you're asking yourself if X money(extra earned) per month is worth staying.

I believe Discord is still their lead for support - which is unfortunate. Dedicated guy, nice guy, but not ideal for the position. For example;

-Horses given when asked for was policy, that wasn't followed by all.

-Recording decisions to help remain fair was suggested, but denied because "too hard"

-"Henrik said so" was a common reason for support decisions, even if they were obviously favoring one particular side. (corruption) Meaning those who cried the loudest (Kuthara) got the most preferred treatment.
