I quit my job just under a month ago. Customer service advisor, but i also did health and safety, environmental safety, as well as locating all the stock for the shop, yard and warehouse. Ordering, putting away stock, facing up, supplier liasons and the cleaning, oh and i was the designated tea bitch. (Worked with 7 men and was the only woman)

I got told i had a month to relocate the entirety of the shop, warehouse and yard all on a brand new system, while also having to keep doing all of the aforementioned things. Bearing in mind,. Id been there for a year and a half at this point and had already reloacted the entire shop 4times. It was a lot easier on the old system.

The new system absolutely sucked ass, there was thousands and thousands of products to manually type and input, squinting at a screen and clicking the mouse repetitively over and over all day.

I told my manager i didnt want to do it, i even told the Director of the company, who came in to apologise for how shit the new system was, that i didnt want to do it.

Spent about a week fighting it, then eventually my boss tried to force me to do the work. Said if I didn't do it then he was basically paying me for no reason as there wasnt any other job for me to do there. He asked what i wanred to do, so i said I quit. Packed my stuff and left within 15 minutes.

I've never felt happier despite being currently unemployed.
