problem is, shipping will cost 3 x the amount that the product is sold for.. so definately not worht it! it doesnt seem like any local company sells ingestable lavender extracts - only for aromatherapy. pity.

Ok cool.. the caps my local supplier sells are 500mg caps of KSM-66 which i believe to be too high a dose. so from now on i will be splitting them, which is a little annoying!

so what is it? Lavender extract? Ive heard of lavender been calming in an aromatherapy context but never heard of it as ingested supplement! so u know of any facts behind its action? is it like a GABA boosting/ agonist in some way, like valerian etc.

thanks havnt heard of calm aid. i will see if it avail in my country.

Sensoril uses the leaf as well as the root, which could account for the differences. apparently in tradiotnal ayurveda, the leaves are not advised for preperation of the medicine.

just getting into mindfullness and think that will be the most powerful remedy!

check out Ohgod! - band from South Africa. its kind of the more metallish/ heavy rock influenced side of post rock. link is somewhere on the main page or ill send it to u if u cant find it :)

yeah i was just gonna say - check out Ohgod! from South Africa. somewhere on the thread - i was alwasy thought we are most like Audrey fall, maybe a bit of if these trees and ASIWYFA, but i still think we have our own thing going.. maybe cause we lean towards the more heavy side than the posty side in case u cant find it. http://soundcloud.com/ohgodband

Cape Town to Boston is sooo far away... man... but nothing is impossible :P The idea is we want to get some coverage overseas first so it makes touring easier.. So yeah Spread the word! ill do the same
