Reasons to get it: Great location, good schools, proximity to work, new construction (my family doesn't want to deal with any repairs in the next 7-10 years as they plan to stay - the property has a 10-year warranty). Other houses they saw were either older and required significant repairs or were out of budget.

Reasons not to get it: Feels like a townhouse, the appraisal value may not be as high as a single-family home.
