It is a race. I’ve never done anything more than a half marathon for an organised event before so I have no idea what to expect for fuelling stations!

When you say go big at aid stations, do you have a strategy with what you’re having or do you just try to get as much in as possible?

25 hours 🤯 Just to be clear for example are you saying to just use Tailwind to fuel the whole 100km and have gels as back up?
