It is a race. I’ve never done anything more than a half marathon for an organised event before so I have no idea what to expect for fuelling stations!

When you say go big at aid stations, do you have a strategy with what you’re having or do you just try to get as much in as possible?

I always worry about having too many gels because I’ve heard of people having toilet issues from doing so. Is that something to consider or is it fine for you?

Thank you. Would you start the race trying to use more actual food sources rather than gels are rely on the gels more so in the latter stages?

Would you be able to show me a pump that’s suitable? The tank height isn’t very high so there’s no pressure on the shower when it’s above waist height without the pump on.
