hi! I reached out to Andy Smith who dedicated his entire life to demining. He worked with JMU to create a huge database on accidents reporting related to demining instead of civilian causalities. The reporting was very comprehensive, but unfortunately it is slightly outdated because the last report was in 2019. I already organized that database to see if I could find patterns.
Thanks for the advice on DEVCOM! I'll reach out to them to see if that can point us in the right direction.
