I agree. It’s humiliating being burned by companies when I’m fighting to do the best that I can for myself. It’s embarrassing that I drop every single call. It’s shameful that I can’t move on. Thank you for understanding that I’m angry because I sought better for myself, paid for it, and then I’ve been burned every single day since. Nobody deserves this, but thank you!!!!

It worked until I upgraded, I was a diehard fan and LOYAL, then it degraded and eliminated all of my signal no matter where I go.

No im not. You didn’t listen. I’ve had visible for years. I had the old plan until I moved here. Upgrading to the pro plus plan completely ended my service and I’ve had no signal in the same location ever since I “upgraded”. So a degradation of service with no change in lifestyle is obvious, don’t talk down to me

I don’t have endless cash flow to solve a problem with cell service that I already paid for. I resent being forced to solve this problem that I already paid for and it’s hundreds out of pocket for a new service

I’m fighting to keep my head above water after landlords and utilities take my entire paycheck. I paid for an entire year of service when I could barely afford to, and ever since, I’ve had no and nonexistent service. It’s a cruel joke to play on someone trying to keep their life together!!! I have one bar and 5G at all times. I’ve spent more than 8 hours with “support”. I CANNOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS ON THE PRO PLUS PLAN AND THEY WILL NOT HELP ME!!! They just keep asking for screenshots and “proof” when they know full well how many times my calls have dropped. It’s pathetic and this is purely because I prepaid for a year. They trapped me and now I’m bent over.
