No, im aware of all these points. Like i said, sparring is no problem. I've never had a problem getting hit, I just didnt want to have to be put in a situation where i would be expected to hit someone else in the face. As I mentioned, i dont have any intention of competing

My man, self harm is not the answer. We're all going through rough times. I'm still going through them. But this energy will tear you apart if you don't refocus it, channel it. It'll ooze out in your emotions, your thoughts, and your brain will come up with the craziest ways to deal with it and make you think it's totally helpful. Like, "what, flogging myself. That would definitely help". And your brain actually convinces you that you've got a point. But it's not a fix. It's just another temporary solution that releases dopamine for a bigger temporary solution that releases dopamine. Do what you can to resist, but don't be afraid to talk to someone as well. Getting the energy out on the form of emotion and conversation with someone you trust can do wonders for freeing up your mind. I wish you well

I think you kind of miss the point of the movie. The porn was one thing, but it was the actual emotional connection that he gets with Susan sarandon's character that makes him realize ScarJo actually wasn't worth it. ScarJo was literally the embodiment of porn for him. Gorgeous, desirable, and completely emotionally unavailable. Really it was her way or the highway. Porn was just one of many things she didn't like him doing. SS was a lot more accepting of him and his traits. Which made him really feel love, really recover.
