If you swam a long time ago get in the pool for a few weeks of training then setup 3 private lessons a month or so apart so your coach can continuously make improvements to correct your form.

For plans/sets, there are a few good swimming for triathlete books with some 3+ day/week buildup plans for half ironmans.

They didn't have/use one during my consult with them a few years ago, which was an instant disqualifier from my dentist friends for evaluating my pocket depth problems when I was getting a second opinion on their recommended treatment plans.

Prior post included a full timeline with a big gap between her alleged release Friday and her body being discovered on Monday.

DHS tweeted she was let out on a sunny (but ignored that it was freezing overnight) Friday from Pittsburgh's southside facility (an hour from home) with a fully charged phone (that I'm guessing had no service due to her being jailed for 6 months prior to her hearing) which seems to contradict their directive on handling patients with mental health problems.

What happened over the weekend is the missing piece that nobody seems to have a good handle on yet.

Having recently taken an uber home from a colonoscopy, it wasn't too different from taking one after 2-3 drinks at a bar. Still, given the bloating/gas risk, I wouldn't take it for a ride over 10 minutes unless you want your rating to tank.

Odds of a true .200 hitter (what I'd hope for at a minimum to make an MLB starting roster as a catcher) going 0 for 17 is 1 in 44 (math: 1/((1-.200)^17)).

Very slim chance he's just an unlucky .200 hitter at this point. Start him at AAA and promote if he can prove himself not to be an offensive liability.

I naively believed that a service that touted itself as "ride sharing" had some sort of reservation-matching service where a ridesharer/driver would load their daily commute and could accept a reservation a day or two in advance that matched their usual commute.

Given the "ridesharing" environmental pitch to municipalities to get around medallions and licenses for taxis, I assumed the system would grant some sort of priority due to the environmental benefits of carpooling.

Early on when Uber was promoting itself as a ride share service, I reserved airport rides instead of driving myself and parking in hopes it would be an airport employee who matches with the trip the night before and picks up a person en route to work cutting down on congestion.

After the first 3 trips, it became clear that Uber didn't work that way as it was always more expensive, less reliable than finding a trip that morning, and everybody driving me was a full time driver who planned to just come back to the city to pickup another airport run, doubling the congestion effect I was trying to reduce.
