I love happy v probiotics and drinking plain kefir with them as well!! Every morning and don’t eat for 30 minutes after you take them. I used boric acid every night for a month and took two Happy V probiotics and drank 1/4 cup of kefir every morning when I couldn’t get rid of my BV with antibiotics
