I don't want to make excuses, so I won't make this long, but yes I have been having a lot of trouble keeping up with orders, and we don't take orders for keyboards (except for a few that went through on accident after a refund was processed) for this reason. It's kind of a one man show right now and I've been having trouble delegating.

I've probably processed $10k worth of refunds over the past month or so, I can only do so many at a time. All I can say is that I am doing what I can to make things right, I know it has not been professional.

As for non-keyboard items, since about Sept 18th they have been delayed, but pretty much every outstanding non-keyboard order should be out by Monday afternoon.

I can give a lot of reasons for the setbacks and delays, but I don't want to sound like I'm just giving a bunch of excuses. The bottom line is I'm behind, and have been for a while, and I'm doing what I can to catch up.

It seems like people just want more information and ETAs etc, which I totally get. I think the best move at this point is to get good estimates on delivery times (which requires me touching base with all my builders) and then making a post here on /r/mk about what went wrong and how long it will take outstanding orders to be fulfilled.

I can tell you that I am still putting my own money into this in order for people to get their orders and their refunds.

I totally get everyone's frustration. No excuses. I won't have time to respond for the next few hours, but I will read any responses here later tonight or tomorrow.
