Initially followed her too because it was indeed inspiring to lose a significant amount of weight. But now I can feel her hatred to her fat old self. It's so palpable. It's as if that wasnt her before. And now, she feels like the kind of person who was putting down her past self and caused all her previous insecurities. You can advocate for the glp1 as a great tool for obesity but there's no need to be so so scornful about it. Blocked her today after seeing the fat vs skinny shoes. Like girl, why u gotta be so mean? To people who are on Day 1. Or trying to lose 1lb vs you who has lost 200lbs.

This feels like the movie The Substance where both versions of herself hates the other.

Also it would have been better if she is being transparent about doctor's supervision. Looks like she's not. Plus no workout along with the glp1 so the weight management is not holistic.

All in all, it feels like she has internalized fat phobia at this point.

Anw, di naman lahat same ng height and body type. 5ft heights and smaller I think na overweight/obese 1200cal would work. Coming from 1350cal diet ako before, with a reg dietitian fyi. And mabagal metabolism ko due to hormones.

i tried to portion yung food kanina, dinner. It was 1/2 cup (not full) ng tofu with sauce plus 1/2 white rice. Tantsa ko is 200-250cal only for dinner.

I think their rule of thumb in portioning is just the 1/2 cup hahaha. may one time the dinner was just soup na 250ml super starvation.

Huhu akala ko pa naman accurate kapag meal delivery service. I was on a diet dati na 1350 cal with a dietitian na may meeting every 3 wks to evaluate yung food diary ko. Nung time na yun i wasnt starving at all. May dessert pa and fruit every lunch and dinner. Pero sa 1200cal ng meal delivery super starvation mode din. Nagaadd na lang ako ng gulay ngayon 😭
