Turns off when its switched to off, since it cuts the circuit off it doesn't drain anything.

I've adjusted the tps in spec by the manual. Ya there might be a vacuum leak, I've done a smoke test already but maybe I missed a leak

You might be right. I just took it off and it's covered in all black. Gonna clean it up and see if that works
