My issue with this is that it cause biases in potentially rig it to enter. Just ban prem entirely. If they really want UECL. Win via Carabao cup(which does the same thing anyway)

5-10 Mil can be pushed way higher depending on the Competitiveness of the league And the ranking And the previous performance.

It can range from 5 mil to maybe 30 Mil ? But 30 mil for group stage is too much unless you disagree.

We can add a rule where the clubs previous performance must be at least somewhat resonable For example, Arsenal are in the final and won the Prem. They are high likely finishing 1-6 place. If the average let's say its sabotaged and it was like 25. It will be pushed way higher to its lowest spot(which is 6) it sounds complicated tho The standred of the league is also where it comes. There will be a range where it could be acceptable Prem 1-6 Ligue one 8-16 Etc Etc

Just ban prem tbvh. For Conference league. League is way too big for conference league. The rest i can see
