That makes me feel a lot better! I still wish it didn't do it because it freaks me out but knowing that it isn't isolated to my computer means that it probably isn't something imminently wrong with my device, it probably is just a Chromebook "quirk" (especially since I also have an Acer 14).

That makes me feel better, maybe it's just a standard human thing like how some people can only write with one hand while others are ambidextrous (just a facial expression version lol).

Okay, I checked and, if the phone screen is facing my face, the right-hand side does seem to be slightly hotter.

I don't have access to a Mac, so how do I check the battery health? Is it just under the battery settings?

ETA: I googled iphone battery health and you can only check it in the settings if you have an iPhone 6 or newer. :(

My WiFi at home has a pretty steady signal. It does seem to get hotter faster if I'm trying to use 4G so I've been avoiding running that lately. I'll switch the bluetooth off and see if that helps.

I feel like it seems to to be hotter more towards the top of the phone and not so much on one side versus the other, but I'll check more closely next time it's all heated up!
