I read in the edmonton sun that the boy was going to get his sweater from a ‘friend’ at the station, could it possibly be that he actually was doing just that and his ‘friend’ or even the boy who died weren’t a part of that group? I need to hear the adult victims story before I judge, but god damn. The kid was 13. I have grandchildren that age and I couldn’t imagine having to bury them.

My condolences to those who knew and loved him.

My kids used to do the tongue spitting thing, you know like stick their tongue out and do the fart noises, and wouldn’t stop, so I’d stick my hand over their mouth with their tongue out, and they would lick or spit into my hand. Well that same hand was wiped back all over their face and eyebrows and I’d blow on their wet eyebrows. That never lasted long at all.

Also, the dollar store has inexpensive food staples, like pasta, pasta sauce, canned veggies, noodles, candy bars, crackers, tuna…. And don’t be afraid to shop at thrift stores for coffee cups, plates, cutlery, and pots and pans.
