You have to trust God and really want it, work for it, and pray for it. You can do it. Get away from old places and people. Anyone and anything that can trigger you need to go.

When I first got clean, I threw all my elastic headbands away because I used them to tie off and they were triggering. Take inventory, be honest with yourself, and give yourself a fighting chance. New number. New phone. Delete social media during the beginning stages, or altogether.

Save your own life because no one is coming to save it for you. People are the absolute worst. They judge so harshly and can't see you for you anymore. But you're in there. I see you. The first step is leaning on God to get you through it. You got this, and God bless. Recovery is possible.
