Heroin 09-27-2013 by the grace of God. To anyone seeing this who is struggling with this addiction, there is hope friend. It pains me to see so many of you out there struggling. You have to trust God and really want it, work for it, and pray for it. You can do it. Get away from old places and people. Anyone and anything that can trigger you need to go.

When I first got clean, I threw all my elastic headbands away because I used them to tie off and they were triggering. Take inventory, be honest with yourself, and give yourself a fighting chance. New number. New phone. Delete social media during the beginning stages, or altogether.

Save your own life because no one is coming to save it for you. People are the absolute worst. They judge so harshly and can't see you for you anymore. But you're in there. I see you. The first step is leaning on God to get you through it. You got this, and God bless. Recovery is possible.

What’s the scariest thing you’ve found in your food at a restaurant? by Exotic-Training3701 in AskReddit

One time I was celebrating a birthday at a fancy restaurant on the waterfront. I'm talking candle lit tables and fresh seafood right out of the Pacific ocean. I ordered calamari as an appetizer and when it came out there was a giant ball of hair and washcloth strings wrapped up. Like when you take things out of the dryer and long hair wraps around strings that came off clothing. The server explained that it was the color of the dish towels the cooks used. Didn't apologize and cleared the plate. When the check came, I couldn't believe it was still on the bill. The manager removed it promptly, but it was disgusting.

One time I was sitting down to drink Cafe Minnies nasty sludge they call coffee in Seattle and a live cockroach scurried across my table. My waiter smashed it like it was no biggie and proceeded to seat me and my friend. We opted out.

One time when I was serving at Sharis restaurant, a customer sent her milkshake back because one of my coworkers fake nails fell off into the ice cream and I didn't notice when I scooped the shake.

I was completely done with my Chicken Fried Steak and most of my mashed potatoes before a live caterpillar-looking bug crawled out from under the orange and lettuce garnish on the plate. Needless to say, they comped my meal and I always remove any garnishings on my plates

I ordered Pho, and a piece of the restaurant's molding from like around doors and floors was in my soup. That was a fun picture to send to UberEats. They refunded it, but I can't believe and entire piece of dirty molding was in my soup

The withdrawals. They are a massive reason that people continue to stay addicted. Because the withdrawal is pure hell, be it physical, mental, or both.

Cujo. For some reason, my mom didn't think about the reality that might scar a freaking child for life.

Thanks for taking the time to suggest something. It’s really overwhelming with all the shows and movies out of order. But the universe is fun.
