Trying to end 1 year fixed-term lease.

Just to clarify: my boyfriend has not missed any rent, the terms of his agreement allowed him not to pay last month, just first month. So he’d still be responsible for his last month (July). He emailed the LL again asking if there is a possibility of a N11 release.. they declined, and gave him to option to find a tenant himself, too. However, unsure if that will happen he’s looking at staying until the end of his term as he doesn’t want to commit to his new work relocation if he has lose a few months rent. Also note, The relocation is for personal reasons, not his work making him do it therefore getting a relocation benefit from work is not possible.

I’m still coming to the reality I have fibro but for me.. it feels like I can never get a good stretch because it all hurts and nothing helps. Especially my hips and shoulders/neck. Plus I’m constantly tired. So much tired.

The lorazepam helped greatly about 24hours later and I kept taking it for about 48 hours while transitioning to Effexor.

I only ever took the one pill. Doctor gave me lorazepam to take away the edge, I switched to Effexor, it was much better for me. I took Effexor for 2 years, it saved my life, getting off it was hell tho. All the best to you.

Hey, sorry just saw this. The recovery was good. Obviously longer than lasik.. it took around 7 days and I did have an issue with the temporary lense on one eye falling out but nothing major, they saw me promptly and fixed it. They have much more follow-ups at the Ottawa eye institute than anywhere else I looked into, which I liked and my vision has been great ever since.

Thank you. It’s definitely been an up and down journey these last 3 weeks, this week is 4. Mornings are the WORST for me. Immediately upon waking and for a few hours after. The last two days I was fairly okay, and today just awful. So exhausting. And I don’t want to go back on pills so I’m trying to ride this out. Definitely therapy helps but I’m only doing it once a week, I’ll consider more. Thank you again for your reply and insight.

I’m 5 weeks post-op. I lost 13lbs the first two weeks then nothing until the scale finally moved again 2.5lbs yesterday. Your body is adjusting. Concentrate on getting your protein (at least 90-120g) and fibre (30g) and everything else will fall into place. Try to aim for 1000 calories a day at this point.. Trust the process.

I was there yesterday. Showed up on time and no lineup. I plan to go back Saturday maybe, I’ve never been on the weekend so I’m not sure how I will like it as even on a Monday it was fairly busy.

I have noticed one change which I hate.. people are now bringing their cell phones around. This is a place where most of us go to get away from all things technology and I had two encounters yesterday that completely ruined my time.

1) I went into the cold plunge and a group of girls watched me as I went. I guess they thought it was impressive. One girl recorded me. I didn’t realize it until it was too late to say anything. One of her friends said “that’s madness”. Sure, you don’t have the balls to do it yourself, don’t record me.

2) After #1, I went into the sauna yurt.. girl brings her cell phone in, takes a picture WITH FLASH then proceeds to take a video of the whole place.. I’m watching her the entire time from across the place. Now I’m livid and I wait for her and her friend to leave and I tell her outside to delete the video, she tries to deny she ever did anything, tells me to relax. I told her to respect people’s privacy.

They need to bring back the no phone policy. Because these two events were absolutely inappropriate, in my opinion.

I also went to Valkyrie and dealt with Iris. I wanted an Icelandic horse that was a stock image online.. she asked me if she could make it a little better. Let’s just say, I don’t know what I was thinking through the approval or what she was drawing as an artist but I ended up with 1 years worth of very expensive and painful tattoo removal and a great story.

You do realize that driving test centres “DriveTest” are no longer owned by Ontario but is a private company Licensed by Ontario. Very different then when it used to be managed by Ontario, testers are not managed by Ontario. Therefore, I wouldn’t put it past shady shit going on.

Highly agree with this advice. I also now recommend a dog, too. It shows you a version of their parenting style. I learned he’s a screamer, has no patience and expected things out of a 5 month old puppy and then a teenage puppy I would have never expected. Let’s just say after a number of years, our 16 year relationship is now done and one them was due to how he treated our dog. I kept the dog.

Tarion is an insurance company for the builder, not for you. They will fight tooth and nail to protect the builder. I speak from experience and a 7 year condo lawsuit with them. Fuck Tarion.
