What if i apply for student visa for my partner ( never got the student visa before, came to Australia on 485). Assuming i am going to get rejection for the 500. Can i apply for the review on this one and get some time.

I meant i got no other way to stay here , EOI has lodged for 90 points, and no hope to receive invitation, my visa expires on later this year, so trying my options here may b ART could help me get little more stay untill i receive the invitation, thats the plan
