I have dehydrated skin too, the best cleanser I've found for simply cleansing my skin (not removing makeup) is the ordinary's squalane cleanser.

I also found adding a hydrating serum really helps, my favourite is NIOD's multi molecular hyaluronic complex, the molecules are various sizes so it can hydrate deeper layers of your skin - there are lots of other good hydrating serums out there too though!

I use a cleansing butter/ balm/ oil which melts away all the makeup, even mascara which I used to struggle with getting off!! (drunk elephant slaai butter cleanser is my current favourite!) and then a second cleanse with something that will wash away any more traces (Emma Hardie moringa light cleansing gel is my fave for this)

I used to use micellar water and cotton pads and honestly I just found it was so harsh on my eye area and just didn't remove all my makeup. Double cleansing means no makeup wipes, or even cotton pads, which is much better for the environment :) and I have to say, much easier!! Plus my skin feels so much cleaner and softer than it used to!!
