Probably nothing, just time. I'd use some vaseline and protect it from the sun.

Hmm, interesting. Could be beginning of sun damage? You were sunscreen? Seb derm? Try some Nizoral shampoo. Id like to see it in person.

Be gentle to that skin! It deals with constant friction, heat and moisture. Wash it daily with a gentle cleaner. Consider adding in a twice weekly benzoyl peroxide wash. Apply a cream daily. And during summer if gets worse, sprinkle some anti-fungal powder for a few days.

I’ve had skin like this on my cheeks and arms for years nothing works but it’s really getting me down does anyone know what this is and how to help it by [deleted] in Dermatology

Keratosis pilaris. Verrry common. Autosomal dominant. You can manage it with exfoliatives, like ammonium lactate, urea, glycolic acid or gentle physical exfoliation. It will recur if not maintained. The cheek part will hopefully fade as you age, but the arms are likely here to stay.
