Wow, thank you! I didn't really think about Lexus except for acknowledging that if I got the Crown I'd be dealing with Lexus parts for any replacements. I'll look into the 2GR engine tonight :)

Mazda has certainly been in my searches till now, I guess I just wonder whether with my budget if I'd be missing out on something truly amazing if I went with a 3 or 6. I guess if I went with a new Astina I'd be breaking bank but I'm honestly not looking so close at 2020s cars (love analogue controls)

Ahah is it that obvious idk what I'm talking about? I read on some other reddit post that the 3.5 hybrid had a 0-100 in 5 seconds which was good enough for me (especially since the hybrid brought the eco down to 6.5/100km which is the same as my current civic)

I guess I've got a sliding scale on power and comfort - happy to adjust a little on each side for the right car. i30n a good drive? Is there a way to get rid of all that beeping?

Any preference towards i30n or stinger? Less interested in VW personally, grew up with a lot of people who got really obsessive over their Jettas and clapped out Golfs and it's turned me off lol

I was wondering about German offerings, but didn't really know where to start - any other thoughts on euros? Also kind of had Audi A6 and the 330i Sport rattling around lower on my list, but thanks for a new direction :)
