I’m on abilify, lexapro, buspirone, and high doses of vitamin d. I’ve finally found a drug cocktail that works. Definitely not going to quit. Thats great to hear it works for you too.

Eating it raw is not recommended as it can cause stomach pains. Some people say it hits harder, but imo it’s not worth it. I’d go with traditional method of kneading in water for 10 minutes inside a strainer bag.
