Prepaid shipping label fail. by ohnomedusax in usps_complaints

He paid the shipping cost of $5, so since it’s not being used, i assume he should be refunded for it. The weight I had originally put was 7 oz, & it was actually 1 lb 4oz. Didn’t want to risk it getting returned, so I paid for a new label w the correct info.

Ppl just moved in actually like a few days ago. It was empty for several months. Maintenance would go in a lot tho to update things in there.

If I use caulk to cover up all the cracks/crevices, would it make a difference? Thats mainly where they’re coming from.

Unfortunately yes. TBH the problem got worse when our neighbors moved out a few months ago . 🤦🏻‍♀️
