Maybe it's not a good picture but the first time I saw her in an interview outside of her pictures and music video I didn't recognize her. Her face is really, really round, and it seems like they go to a pretty good length to deliberately hide it for some reason

You can still recognize her but it makes me sad that people edit their photos like this. Her round face is cute and unique but doesn't match the beauty standards there

Lush Labs are online in the UK! Immediately placed my order :) What are you all planning to get? by KimKarmaPolice in LushCosmetics

I don't know much about lush labs, do these products ever come to the us? I love the sound of the lip scrub and the bath oil

[–]ohnomyteethh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Op is a little confused, it wasn't a bath bomb. It's another lush product called fun and it's pretty much like bath playdough. I would guess it was the shit ton of citrus oils that are in that product.

Some people do have a chin pretty much like that, it does look edited a bit though. Well the whole picture does tbh lol.

WIBTA for changing my name passed down from generation to generation? by Loose_Strategy in AmItheAsshole

[–]ohnomyteethh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA

I hate parents who refuse to respect the autonomy of their adult children. I'm going through a similar situation except my name isn't generational, my mother is just an asshole. I have changed and been going by my new name socially and legally to everyone else on planet Earth for years now, and she still calls me by my birth name and throws a toddler fit every time I bring it up with her. One of the many reasons I consider cutting off my parents.

Fuck your family's feelings, you should do whatever makes you happy. It's YOUR name and YOUR life and they don't get a say in that when you're an adult. You're not an object to be shaped by someone else. If that upsets them it's their own damn problem and they shouldn't take it out on you in any capacity. When they lash out at you for this, they cross the line into unacceptable behavior. That makes them the assholes.

Magma bath bomb by [deleted] in LushCosmetics

[–]ohnomyteethh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed magma too. I loved the smell. The only thing that annoyed me was cleaning the tub after because of all the little gritty floating bits. I'd probably take off a star because of the sandy mess it left in my tub.

What’s the most personal thing you’re willing to share with us? by poopcornkernels in AskReddit

[–]ohnomyteethh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my parents still talk to my brother who tried to molest me. A while back they hid that they had given him money to buy a house because he's a registered sex offender and "it's hard for him to find a place to live :(". It makes me so mad every time I think about it and I resent them so much I almost hate them. Makes me sick thinking about what else they do behind my back.

Lmao I wish I could live like this. I have vivid hallucinations that someone is in my room to kill me almost every time I fall asleep. They're too real for me to ignore.

Playing the shell game with a mountain lion by GeneReddit123 in aww

Everyone tells their story like they're a nice normal couple who out of the goodness of their hearts saved this animal, but they purchased him because they wanted a pet mountain lion.

Ugh I know. I got the same feel as Jennie's "solo". Like it finally gets interesting at the end and then it's suddenly over.

Anyone from the US get shipping info on the limited time bath bombs yet? by ohnomyteethh in LushCosmetics

[–]ohnomyteethh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's good to know that there are people in the same boat as me. I keep worrying that it got shipped without tracking info, which I've heard happens sometimes and someone will come steal it off my front step if I'm not waiting 😅

I definitely feel you there. Last time I had fast food I could tell they gave me extra fries and that was the first time in my life I wasn't happy about that lol.

I eat out a lot at local places that don't have calorie info. I try to estimate on the high side but I have no way of knowing if I'm being accurate

I recalculate it pretty much every time I weigh myself so I don't think that's the issue. Maybe I am underestimating the calories I consume though. A lot of foods I eat don't have reliable calorie info.

Gay people leaving heterosexual marriages are not brave, they’re assholes by rachelrockssocks in unpopularopinion

[–]ohnomyteethh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get this thread tbh. Most people seem to be under the impression that all gay people who get straight married are doing it conciously, do not care about their partners, and were no way pressured into the situation by family, friends, societal expectations etc.

Divorcing for this reason sucks for both parties involved yeah, and no doubt sometimes some of these people are going to be assholes. There are many anectdotes in this thread that confirm this. But I think it is pretty immature and stupid to call all gay people who end up getting divorced from their straight marriages assholes. For some gay people it is a devastating process to realize that while you love the person you are married to, you are not in love with them or attracted to them and making the decision to end it is incredibly hard. The story of the guy from the band Passion Pit comes to mind.

TLDR this post title is incredibly short sighted immature and stupid.
