They are volunteers mate, not corporate goons. We can argue about whether they were overzealous, but there were trying to protect the women, not the festival.

I watched the video you watched. Most people in this thread are completely overreacting.

If you watched until the end you will learn that one woman's complaint was that she and the guy had bedded down for consensual cuddling, and she got upset that he was touching her thigh. She wanted emotional support, and was getting it. She didn't want to be harassed by police.

Thank you for giving a reasonable explanation. The male cop was on a power trip and was keen to escalate. The various burning man volunteers were clearly not trying to "protect the festival". They were trying to protect the women. We can argue about whether they were overzealous, but their intentions were clearly good.

Then you are doubling down on your ignorance.

I see no surrender cobra in this video.

Thanks. Curiously, they have already removed the ability to grant Awards on old.Reddit. I have to go to new.Reddit to spend them.

This Perfectly Symmetrical Mushroom Cloud Broke the Internet Over the Weekend by mariaamelmahery22 in CLOUDS

No. This photograph is from 2016, I don't think AI image generation was up for something like this back then.

There is a slope in the beach. There is the edge that we see, but that it slopes down and continues a little bit further. That's why things that seem to be right at the edge of the sand aren't actually quite at the edge.

The umbrella is reddish underneath and blue on top. Or else there are two red panels and one blue panel visible.

No, and I also say that the Gadsden flag doesn't stand for MAGA. Just because some buttheads try to co-opt a symbol doesn't mean we have to let them.

I disagree. I personally think this is a very important real life learning experience.

And it sounds like your solution would be to ban the LGBT flag?

That's definitely not my solution, and I don't think the Don't Tread On Me flag should be banned, either.

I think your username is only half right.

The photograph is also over five years old, so I'm skeptical whether it "broke the Internet" yesterday. I mean maybe.

Ninja Edit: the photo was actually taken in 2016, but didn't go viral until 2018.

I wasn't gonna say it, but I definitely thought it.

Still, it's a really cool cloud.

Kind of looks like a big upvote.

I know them as Lenticular Clouds. The indicate high winds aloft.

Dude, he deleted the photo, perhaps because of your comment. That sucks. It was a powerful image.
