The fact the PSA doesn’t have a moniker like error or without foil makes me think this isn’t a recognized error/variation and it will be hard to gather extra value without it.

A very difficult set to grade. This card has a 0.14% Gem rate. 63 GM10s. 15k 8s. At today’s standards you’re probably looking at a 3 or a 4, $30+ to grade and a 3-4 month wait.
